SPRIG investigates the basic mechanisms underlying diseases associated with aging, including mitochondrial disorders, cancer, cardiovascular disorders, and neurodegenerative disease.
Our immediate goal is to create a collaborative community of scientists for the exchange of tools and techniques to investigate mitochondria, aging, and metabolism. Our long-term goal is to create an international reputation in aging research.
